Contacting Cortevo Support

At Cortevo, we understand that technology plays an integral role in the everyday operations of your school. Rest assured when you need support, help is just an e-mail or phone call away.

How to Contact Us

The quickest way to receive support is to send an email describing your issue to:

support@cortevo.com

Here are a few tips that will help us provide the best service and fastest resolution:

  1. Please provide as detailed of a description as possible so that our team can quickly analyze and resolve the issue.

Please DO NOT send sensitive and/or protected data in emails to Cortevo Support. If you need to sensitive and/or protected data, including attachments, you will be provided a link to do so in the automated response received after the ticket is created.

  1. When your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.

Confirmation emails are typically received within 5 minutes. If you do not see a response in your Inbox (or Junk/Spam), it means we did not receive your request and we kindly ask you try again. If issues persists, please give us a call and we will be happy to troubleshoot.

If you need to send sensitive and/or protected data so that we’re able to assist you, a link to the ticket’s SendSafely Dropzone will be provided in the ticket’s confirmation email. You may use this Dropzone to securely send attachments and/or provide information in a secure way.

  1. Your ticket will be added to the queue and a support specialist will be assigned to begin work on your request as soon as possible.

  2. Our team will communicate with you through e-mail until your ticket is resolved. Any replies will come from support@cortevo.com. Please respond by clicking “reply” as this will update your ticket and reserve your space in the queue.

Support Hours

Cortevo Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. If you have a critical issue outside our normal business hours, please call 813-576-0159 for assistance.
